The Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position starting on August 1, 2014 or later (negotiable). We invite applications from candidates with outstanding research potential and strong teaching skills in the field of microeconomic theory.

Applicants should possess or be close to completing a Ph.D. degree with outstanding research promises. The appointees should be able to teach doctoral, master and undergraduate degree programs in English, and is expected to be committed to high-quality scholarly research and services.
