Teach within the umbrella of principles of economics courses; however, advanced courses including graduate may be assigned. To foster a meaningful learning experience for our students, faculty are expected to be student-oriented, to advise, to integrate current technology into the learning environment, to enjoy participating in collaborative efforts to foster curricular and programmatic enhancement and participate in assessment of student learning. In support of teaching, they will engage in scholarly/professional activities.

Required: Earned doctorate in field; will consider ABD with substantial progress towards degree completion. Prior teaching experience at a university level, particularly in relation to economics; the ability to merge theory and practice; excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and evidence of teaching excellence in a face to face environment.
