The University of Wisconsin - River Falls invites applications for a Dean of its College of Business & Economics. The dean reports to the Provost, serves on the Deans' Council, and is expected to serve on other university or System committees as needed. As both the academic and fiscal leader of the college, the dean is expected to contribute to the goals of the university's strategic plan "Pathway to Distinction" and be an effective manager of resources. The successful candidate will be a strong and visionary leader who can collaborate with faculty and staff inside and outside of the college. Candidates who have experience with or aptitude for developing external relationships, development and fundraising, and a commitment to developing international partnerships are particularly sought.
