Tusculum College's School of Business invites applications for Assistant/Associate Professor of Economics, a full-time position beginning August 2014. Tusculum provides a liberal arts education in a Judeo-Christian and civic arts environment, with pathways for career preparation, personal development and civic engagement. The School of Business offers 4 degrees: B.A. in Business Administration (traditional), B.S. in Business Administration and B.S. in Organizational Management (nontraditional), and an MBA. The nontraditional programs are delivered across multiple sites. Applicants should be committed to teaching excellence. Tusculum faculty are expected to advise students, work with adjunct faculty, serve on college committees, participate in curriculum/program development and assessment, serve the local community, and promote the mission of the College and School across all stakeholders.

Candidates should have a terminal degree in Economics or Finance, or evidence of completion before start date. Academic credentials to teach additional business disciplines and professional experience outside academics are a plus.
