The Center for Delivery, Organizations, and Markets (CDOM), in the Department of Health and Human Services' Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, is recruiting an experienced health economist.

The health economist will serve primarily on CDOM's health care delivery and cost staff and will conduct and oversee health economic research using data primarily from administrative or discharge level databases and other data sources as appropriate. The health economist will develop analytical techniques for economic studies; conduct special analyses of major health economic issues; and write, edit, plan, and coordinate major reports. The health economist will both conduct this work directly and oversee or facilitate such work undertaken by other CDOM staff or partners in the extramural community.
