Ohio Wesleyan University Department of Economics invites applications for a position at the Assistant Professor level beginning August 2014 for one year term.
Responsibilities: The expected teaching load for the selected candidate is to teach three courses per semester: two sections of Principles of Economics and one upper level economics course.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in economics. (Candidates with ABD status will be considered). Specialization in Environmental and Resource Economics is preferred but not required. All fields of specialization will be considered. The candidates should demonstrate high level of teaching effectiveness and commitment to liberal arts education.
