Full Text of JOE Listing:
The Export-Import Bank of the U.S. (Ex-Im Bank) is an independent federal government agency that serves as the official export credit agency of the United States. Ex-Im Bank's mission is to provide financing for U.S. exports, thereby promoting and sustaining U.S. jobs.

The incumbent serves as a Financial Economist in the Country Risk and Economic Analysis Division (CREA) and has responsibility for a portfolio of countries. Duties include: 1) developing country risk ratings for two distinct country risk forums (U.S. Government and OECD); 2) providing written and oral briefings on country conditions for Ex-Im Bank board directors, senior management, and staff; 3) representing Ex-Im Bank in interactions with other U.S. Government agencies, foreign governments, and companies engaged in securing Ex-Im Bank financing. In addition, the incumbent may be called upon to utilize macroeconomic and statistical analysis to resolve various economic or country risk issues.
