Tetr College of Business is a globally immersive business school where students study across seven countries during their undergraduate degree, gaining hands-on exposure to diverse business environments and launching real ventures as part of the curriculum. Our programs emphasize experiential learning, entrepreneurship, and global leadership development.

We invite applications for full-time faculty positions (Lecturer / Assistant Professor level) in areas including Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, and Computer Science.

Faculty members will teach both UG & PG courses, mentor students building real ventures, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in practitioner-relevant research. We are particularly interested in candidates who combine strong academic training with the ability to connect theory to real-world business practice.

Qualifications

PhD in a relevant field from a recognized university or business school (AACSB / EQUIS / AMBA preferred).
Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student mentorship.
Ability to engage with industry and contribute to an innovative, interdisciplinary academic environment.

Location: Remote, with opportunities to travel across Tetr’s global program locations like Dubai, USA, India, China, Africa, LATAM and Europe.
