The Center for Behavioral Institutional Design, New York University Abu Dhabi, seeks to recruit several postdoctoral researchers interested in exploring the origins of human behavioral diversity, developing empirically-informed models of human behavior, and designing innovative institutions and policies for promoting social welfare. C-BID offers a vibrant and stimulating research environment, with opportunities to engage in high impact projects and collaborations.

Post-Doctoral researchers join an active international community of scholars and fellow postdocs and benefit from a world-class seminar series. The Center also hosts numerous workshops, conferences, and other academic events that foster collaboration, idea exchange, and visibility, providing an exceptional platform for advancing researchers’ work and academic careers.

The ideal candidate is highly ambitious, well-trained, self-motivated, hard-working, equally capable of working alone and as part of a team, and holds a PhD in economics or a related field. The candidate should still be within their first 5 years since receiving the PhD.
