The Yale School of Management (SOM) is soliciting applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Economics at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Applicants in all areas of Economics will be considered.

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Economics or a directly related field. Individuals who are currently ABD must receive their degree by December 31, 2027. The selected candidate(s) will be expected to conduct high-quality research demonstrating intellectual leadership in their area of study and to teach and advise students in SOM’s executive education programs.

This full-time, tenure-track position is based at Yale SOM in New Haven, Connecticut, with an appointment beginning July 1, 2027, for the 2027–2028 academic year. Candidates with little or no full-time faculty experience will be considered at the Assistant Professor rank; those with several years of ladder-track experience may be eligible for Associate Professor (tenure-track).
