The University of North Alabama’s Department of Finance, Economics, and Data Analytics invites applications for an open rank faculty position in data analytics beginning in fall 2027. Application review begins immediately and continues until the position has been filled. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses, both in person and online; advising students; conducting research consistent with AACSB accreditation standards; and providing professional and university service.

A doctorate in statistics, economics, data analytics, or a related field from an accredited university is required. ABD candidates will be considered provided the degree requirements will be met by the time of the appointment. A dissertation defense schedule must be provided upon request.
