Haverford College invites applications for a tenure track position at the assistant or advanced assistant professor level in the Economics Department, beginning fall 2015. The successful candidate will demonstrate readiness to teach a diverse student body and provide evidence of a strong and on-going research program that is open to inclusion of undergraduates. We seek candidates whose research falls within macroeconomics. Teaching responsibilities include intermediate macroeconomics; electives on subfields of macroeconomics at all levels; and supervision of senior theses.

Applicants should submit: (1) cover letter; (2) CV; (3) statement of teaching philosophy, experience, and effectiveness; (4) one or two recent research papers; and (5) three letters of recommendation.
