McMaster University is seeking an outstanding candidate for this Chair, generously supported by a gift from ArcelorMittal Dofasco Inc. This cross-appointment in the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Social Sciences (including the Department of Economics, as appropriate) will add to McMaster's existing strength in the interface of engineering and public policy. The expectation is that the position will be a tenure-track appointment at the rank of Associate or Full Professor, with the latter rank appropriate for an appointee with considerable experience and profile.
