The Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics is seeking a Lecturer in Economics. The Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics is accredited by AACSB International.

The position has a teaching load of four courses per semester, or twelve credit hours, at the undergraduate and graduate levels. We expect the new faculty member to play an active role in the Bureau of Business and Economic Research by making intellectual contributions related to regional economic development or other applied topics. The position start date is August 1, 2015

The position requires a Ph.D. degree in economics with specialization in Public Economics from an AACSB accredited school of business and economics or equivalent. ABD candidates will be considered. Effective communication skills are required. Experience in teaching undergraduate public economics, money and banking, principles of economics and MBA service courses is desirable. Preference will be given to individuals who have demonstrated excellence in teaching.
