Tenure track Assistant Professor position in Economics beginning Fall 2015. Desirable principle fields of expertise include economic development, urban and regional economics, special economics, and applied econometrics. Candidates must have a PhD in Economics and demonstrate strong actual or potential research and teaching. As high quality graduate and undergraduate instruction expected, teaching experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate’s research and teaching will be expected to contribute to our new graduate degree in Integral Economic Development Management and Integral Development Economic Policy, that presents an integrated perspective of human development, one that holds “the dignity of the human person, the good of the family, and the good of the community as foundational principles of economic development” (iedm.cua.edu).
