Assistant Professor, International Political Economy
The School of International Relations and Pacific Studies at University of California, San Diego http://irps.ucsd.edu invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the area of international political economy to begin July 1, 2015.
Applicants should be new or recent PhD graduates with an outstanding record in a PhD program in political science, public policy or economics. The successful candidate will have a background broadly in the field of political economy with a focus on international issues. Examples include: social scientists that study international trade, investment and finance issues and political scientists within the field of international relations whose research focuses on how institutions affect economic relations and policy. IR/PS has a special interest in candidates whose range of teaching is relevant for professional master's students in public policy and international affairs.
Applicants must have a PhD conferred or to be completed by July 1, 2015.
