The Department of Finance is looking for an experienced manager to serve as Director of the Property Modeling Group (PMG). PMG provides modeling and data mining expertise for the mass valuation of New York City’s one million tax parcels. Reporting to the Assistant Commissioner of Property Valuation & Tax Mapping, the selected candidate will construct and modify analytical and predictive computer models for the valuation of real property.
