Full Text of JOE Listing:
Duke’s Sanford School of Public Policy invites applications for one non-tenure-track, visiting faculty (open rank) position for Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 semesters. The candidate should have earned a doctorate in economics, public policy, or related fields and demonstrate strong teaching ability.
Responsibilities will be to teach four courses at the undergraduate or master’s level, including economics of the public sector, intermediate microeconomics, applied policy analysis, and courses consistent with the candidate’s areas of specialization. The candidate should expect to mentor master’s student projects and be involved in the Sanford/Duke academic communities.
This is a one-year position. Specific terms depend on qualifications and experience.
