Econ One provides economic and statistics research, consulting, and expert testimony in high-profile litigation matters involving antitrust, class action, health economics, intellectual property, and other commercial disputes.

We are seeking experienced Senior Analysts for our Los Angeles, CA office.

Responsibilities:
• Construct large databases in SAS.
• Conduct independent analysis utilizing Excel, SAS, and Stata.
• Collect, manage, and review discovery documents and data from public sources.
• Make clear presentations and prepare written memoranda of analyses and findings.
• Assist in report/exhibit creation and fact checking/backup preparation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff.

Required Skills/Experience:
• MA or BA in Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in economic consulting, economic research, or related field.
• Excellent quantitative/analytical skills. Knowledge of econometrics and statistics preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of SAS, Stata, or other analytical software package. SQL experience a plus.
• Must have experience working with large, complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; dedicated to seeing projects through to the completion.
• Willingness to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to accuracy and quality work product.
