Position: Postdoctoral Research Associate, full-time, multi-year contract
Specialties Desired: Industrial Organization.
Other Specialties: Applied Microeconomic Theory, Applied Econometrics, International Trade

Responsibilities:

•Develop a research program in the area of industrial organization (IO) in agricultural and food markets;
•Conduct analysis of intellectual property right issues, market structure and competition, vertical coordination, international trade, and other assigned research projects;
•Develop survey instruments and conduct surveys;
•Write research journal articles and reports, and assist with grant writing.

Minimum Qualifications:
•Ph.D. in economics (with IO research focus), agricultural economics, or related field.

Applicants possessing the following preferred, non-required qualifications are encouraged to apply: 1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 2) Excellent skills in applied econometrics; 3) Bilingual with Spanish fluency.
