We are an investment banking product group focused on strategic corporate finance advisory. We advise corporate and institutional clients across the globe on a wide-range of corporate finance issues and strategic transactions. Our work frequently entails considerations around valuation, capital structure, credit ratings, risk management, liability management, shareholder distributions, and acquisition and funding strategies. In partnership with Citi’s product and industry experts, we design innovative solutions to assist our clients with a broad range of financing and M&A transactions.

We demonstrate Citi's thought leadership in corporate finance by developing thematic content on new and emerging trends in financial markets and periodically publish reports that are widely circulated amongst our clients.

We have offices in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. We are a diverse team of financial professionals with backgrounds in investment banking, consulting, credit rating agencies, academia, and capital markets.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who have earned or expect to receive their Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with a focus on empirical corporate finance. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a very high level of motivation, and a strong desire in developing and applying academic research to solve real-world corporate finance problems.
