Full Text of JOE Listing:
The Department of Finance at Copenhagen Business School is seeking new faculty members for junior and senior positions. All fields within finance will be considered.
Candidates for the Assistant Professorships should have obtained/be close to completing a PhD in finance or related discipline and must be able to document a strong research potential in financial economics. Candidates for senior positions must also be able to document a strong research record within financial economics as well as a solid teaching record.
Copenhagen Business School is one of the largest European business schools with 20,000 students. The Department of Finance provides a stimulating research environment with excellent research funding and data access. Teaching loads are reduced for Assistant Professors. Salaries are competitive with other European schools, and researchers relocating to Denmark from abroad may qualify for a reduced taxation rate.
We will interview selected candidates at the AFA meetings in San Francisco, January 3-5, 2016. Interested candidates not attending the meetings are also encouraged to apply.
Please submit an expression of interest to econjobmarket.org before December 1, 2015, including CV, recent papers, and three letters of recommendation (uploaded separately).
Please address all inquiries to: Professor Kristian Miltersen, Head of Recruiting, recruiting.fi@cbs.dk.
