The Department of Economics and Business Economics at the Radboud University, the Netherlands invites applications for a tenure-track position in Institutional Economics at the rank of Assistant Professor. We especially encourage applicants in the fields of Public Economics, Labor Economics, and Environmental Economics to apply.
Interviews will not be conducted at the ASSA meeting. Instead first interviews will be conducted by Skype followed up by fly out invitations for selected candidates.
Candidates should demonstrate strong potential for scholarly achievement and strong potential to be excellent teachers at undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates must have been granted or nearly completed a PhD in economics or business. The candidate must have an excellent command of the English language.
The position consists of an initial appointment for 2+4 years with possibility of tenure. The salary is competitive within Europe and depends on experience. Favorable tax conditions may apply for non-Dutch applicants. Research support is generous, there will be compensation for moving costs and teaching is in English only.
