Position Title/Short Description

Full Text of JOE Listing:

The Senior Associate will perform economic and policy analyses on a range of topics related to environmental and natural resource economics, Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration (NRDAR), environmental regulations, and policy analysis.

Preferred experience:
• Relevant technical expertise in the field of environmental and natural resource economics, including economic valuation of natural resources
• Post-graduate research experience in environmental and natural resource economics, including applied NRDAR experience
• Knowledge of relevant environmental sciences and legal/statutory contexts for natural resource valuation projects
• Demonstrated success in an environmental consulting environment
• Demonstrated capability in managing project tasks and budgets. Technical expertise and supervisory/staff development skills strongly preferred
• Excellent oral communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team setting
