Trinity College Dublin is seeking to appoint an Ussher Assistant Professor in Development Economics, to commence on 1 September 2016. The successful candidate will contribute to research and teaching in the field of development economics. The appointee will build capacity in the area of micro-economic impact evaluation and will contribute to the work of the Trinity IMpact Evaluation Unit (TIME) (www.tcd.ie/economics/time). The Department of Economics is seeking an individual with vision and enthusiasm, a genuine commitment to the roles of research and teaching, an established research record and clear potential for future research accomplishment.

Appointment will be made at a maximum of the 8th point of the New Assistant Professor Merged Salary Scale.
