The Department of Economics at the University of Chicago invites applications for a full-time position as a Lecturer beginning in the 2016-2017 academic year. The successful applicant will teach five one-quarter courses in introductory or higher level undergraduate economics and will advise undergraduate students. Qualifications for appointment include a demonstrated record of excellent teaching in an intermediate level economics course. An applied microeconomist with experience in econometrics, industrial organization, microeconomics, regulation, and related fields is preferred. Applicants must have a completed PhD and teaching experience.
