Applications and nominations are sought for full time faculty for disciplines in business, finance, economics, computer science and law in Shanghai Business School. The title of full time faculty is awarded for up to a three-year period and is renewable. The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Candidates of teaching-oriented faculty must have a Doctor degree (or Doctor degree candidates) related to the above-mentioned disciplines, and must have strong teaching ability, including language skills, course development skills, organization skills, writing comprehensive ability and English proficiency, and capable of teaching in colleges or universities.

Candidates for research-based must have a Doctor Degree (or Doctor Degree candidates) related to the above-mentioned disciplines. Candidates must have strong interest in academic research and effectively publish research outcomes in international journals.

We also look for candidates who are interested in big data research. Candidates for big data research must have academic background in marketing, mathematics and computer science; must have skills in mathematical modeling, time series analysis and data mining and must be familiar with relevant databases and statistics software such as MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, etc.
