The Department of Economics invites applications for a non-tenure track (NTT) instructor position. This is a renewable position with a primary emphasis on teaching.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will teach principles, intermediate-level and graduate-level courses depending on the candidate’s areas of specialty and departmental needs. The teaching load will be 24 credits per academic year, although a load reduction can also be negotiated.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a master's in economics or be ABD in economics. Candidates will demonstrate their ability to teach undergraduate and graduate course.

Preferred Qualifications: A Ph.D. in economics by August, 2016, is preferred.

Preference will be given to the following field: macroeconomics, economic forecasting, and applied econometrics with application in various fields such as health economics, environmental economics, and industrial organization.
