Advisory Manager (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Dallas, TX.
Assist clients with improving business performance, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from transactions. Provide management, technology and risk consulting services to clients in multiple sectors, in order to help anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. Help clients realize competitive advantage from operations. Translate business strategy into operations strategy and transform operations to drive both growth and profitability. Focus on product innovation and development, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations, and capital asset programs and operations.
Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Supervise staff and provide feedback in a timely manner. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have experience with the following:
Operationalizing business strategies and transforming the value chain functions from product development through supply chain, manufacturing, and product support;
Designing and implementing changes to operations, including people, process and technology changes;
Managing resource requirements, project workflows and budgets;
Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data; and
Leading teams and managing engagements.
Must have experience in one or more of the following: Operations Strategy and Transformation, Product Innovation and Development, Supply and Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Service Operations, Manufacturing and/or Logistics.
Must have experience supporting one or more of the following processes: product lifecycle management, network optimization, planning/forecasting, merchandising, inventory management, sourcing/ e-sourcing, maintenance, enterprise asset management, materials management, warehouse management, or transportation management, including experience with SAP, Oracle, Manugistics, Manhattan Associates, JDA, Red Prairie, SmartOps, and/or Primavera.
Travel up to 80% is required.
