Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business invites applications for a post-doctoral fellowship to begin Fall 2016 for applicants whose research lies at the intersection of organization theory, economics, and innovation. Preference will be given to applicants with expertise in survey methods and data analysis studying how organizations develop new products and services.

The postdoc will contribute to on-going research projects that seek to better understand firm's choices regarding how to organize for innovation and how those choices affect the likelihood of project success. He or she would work closely with Professors Jonathon Cummings, Wes Cohen, and Jon Fjeld, and other collaborations with faculty at Fuqua and at Duke will be encouraged. The salary is $50,000/year plus benefits.

Successful candidates must have a Ph.D. by August 2016. The post-doctoral fellowship is exclusively for recent Ph.D. graduates. Eligible candidates must not have previously held a faculty or postdoctoral position.
