The Department of Agricultural Economics, National Taiwan University (NTU) is seeking outstanding individuals to fill several full-time or project faculty positions starting on February 1, 2018.

The positions are open for assistant professor, associate professor, or full professor. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree by February 1, 2018 (postdoctoral experience is preferred), and have demonstrated outstanding academic achievements in research fields related to agribusiness management, agricultural trade and marketing, agricultural policy, agricultural institution and regulation, organization and development or other fields related to agricultural economics.

Application Material:
1. Curriculum vitae
2. Official academic transcripts covering the whole period of Ph. D. program (required if graduated after February 1, 2015)
3. Publication list, one representative journal article within five years and at least three other articles within seven years (For those who apply for an assistant professor position and received Ph.D. degree within three years, a complete version of the doctoral dissertation is acceptable )
4. The representative journal article should be published within five years after February 1, 2013 in SCI/SSCI as the first or corresponding author. Representative Publication for Teacher Qualifications Accreditation if the representative journal article is co-authored.
5. Research plan (including ideas of collaboration with faculty members in the department)
6. Teaching plan (including ideas coping with teaching and development plan of the department, please refer to “Intermediate-to-long-term faculty recruitment plan” )
7. Certificate of Mandarin proficiency is required if Mandarin is not the native language.
8. Two recommendation letters (letters should be sent directly to the Department Chair by September, 30, 2017)
