Salary: Associate Professor Level D AUD145,685 - AUD160,500 p.a., or Professor Level E - salary negotiable. Plus 17% superannuation

The Department of Economics at the University of Melbourne is the leading economics department in Australia with strong undergraduate and postgraduate programs and an outstanding group of economists and econometricians.

The Department invites applications for the position of Professor Level E or Associate Professor Level D in Econometrics.

Applications from candidates specialising in any area of econometrics will be considered. You will have a distinguished international reputation and an outstanding track record of publication in top-ranked international journals, will have been the recipient of competitive external research grants, and will have demonstrated quality and innovation as an experienced educator and research student supervisor. Candidates who demonstrate sustained and successful engagement with industry are highly sought after.
