The University:
Zhejiang Gongshang University (www.zjgsu.edu.cn) is one of the China's leading universities in the fields of economics and management. The School:
The International Business School is a newly established platform to attract intellects from home and abroad; a base to cultivate international talents; an institution to devote in high-level scientific research; a college to pursue international cooperation with oversea universities and research institutes. Taking the internationalization as the core competitiveness, the innovation as the driving force, we aim to forge an IBS brand combining the characteristics of Zhejiang Province with the internationalization.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a business-related field. Candidates for junior positions must demonstrate potential for academic excellence and publication in high-quality academic journals. Candidates for senior positions should have an outstanding record of publications in top-tier academic journals and recognized academic achievements.

Responsibilities:
You will be expected to contribute significantly to the development of the schools’ research strategies, to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals, to be active in applying research funding, and to engage in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.

Benefits:
Salary will be by negotiation within the Professorial salary range. The starting salary for the successful applicant will be RMB 200,000 to 500,000 per annum and commensurate with qualifications and experience. The successful applicant may apply for purchasing one of the apartments and/or subsidized campus housing in Hangzhou. The ZJGSU will strongly support the successful applicants in applications of national and local research funding and talent programs. The faculty positions carry a three-year contract. After two contract periods, subject to performance, the position holder may be employed as a tenure-track associate or full professor in ZJGSU.
