Berkeley Law invites applications from entry-level and lateral candidates for full-time, tenured and tenure-track faculty positions expected to begin July 1, 2018. We welcome candidates across all areas of law, although subject areas of particular interest include business law; civil procedure; comparative and international law; contracts; criminal law and criminal procedure; evidence; property; tax; and torts.
