The Department of Economics at the University of Massachusetts invites applications for one tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor rank beginning September 2018, in the area of Applied Economics, Environmental Economics or Urban Economics.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
• Ph.D. in Economics, ABD will be considered but doctoral requirements must be completed by the time of appointment
• Ability to teach courses in introductory economics, statistics, and upper-level undergraduate and graduate courses in environmental economics, urban economics, or other fields of applied economics
• The ability to work effectively with diverse groups
Additional Considerations:
• Well-articulated research program and record of peer-reviewed publications
