The David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah announces two tenure-track positions in the fields of microeconomics, applied microeconomics and/or applied economics. The appointments are in the Department of Finance at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level, beginning in the 2018-2019 academic year, pending funding and University approval. Rank will be considered subject to qualifications. Applicants should possess a doctorate or be close to completion. Salaries, research support, and teaching loads are competitive with top business schools and fringe benefits are excellent. Successful applicants will conduct high quality research, will teach classes in their areas of expertise, and will be involved in service to the community, the University, the Eccles School, and the Department.
Representatives of the Eccles School will attend the 2018 meetings of the American Economic Association.
