The Department of Economics at the University of Nevada, Reno invites applications for a Lecturer position to start Fall 2018. This is a 9-month, full-time non-tenure track continuing position. The department expects candidates to engage in expanding our undergraduate program through teaching and service. Teaching responsibilities will include primarily undergraduate courses in economics and related business disciplines, as well as other courses corresponding to the candidate’s interests.Candidates must have a Masters in Economics or related field by August 2018. Candidates must demonstrate the potential to be successful in teaching. Experience in teaching large classes, teaching online and student advising is preferred.
