Candidates applying for the lecturer position must have earned a Ph.D. in business or management related disciplines from a top 80 school before August 2018. Candidates should demonstrate the potential for excellence in teaching and research, and are expected to publish in top journals of the business or management related field. Candidates applying for the associate or full professor position must have an excellent record of publications.
The compensation package (including salary, relocation fund, and fringe benefits) will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications. In addition, the University supports high-quality research with generous research grants. The expected salary range for the lecturer position is from RMB 240,000 to RMB 320,000. If qualified for the One Hundred Talent Project of Guangzhou University, the salary range is from RMB 400,000 to RMB 1,000,000.
