Our team is at the cutting edge of innovative monitoring, evaluation, and learning methods. We work collaborate with and empower our implementing partners.

Opportunity:
R4D is seeking an Economist/Researcher to join the Evaluation and Adaptive Learning Team to play a technical role across multiple project teams to develop high impact monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning activities. Over time, the Economist/Researcher will have the opportunity to develop new projects in topic areas aligned with their research interests and R4D’s mission.

We are looking for someone who is eager to push the boundaries of traditional M&E to develop new methods and ways of working.

This position will be based in Washington, D.C., reporting to the Director of the Evaluation and Adaptive Learning Practice.
We will be interviewing at the AEA Conference on Jan. 5th.
