The Economics Department, BGSU is seeking applicants for an instructor (Nontenure track, nonrenewable faculty position) in the field of Economics beginning August, 2018 and ending May, 2019. Responsibilities include teaching four sections or equivalent of Economics per semester. The four sections will likely be principles but possibly intermediate courses. Minimum Requirements: Ph.D. in Economics (ABD accepted) or Master’s Degree in Economics with the equivalent of at least 1 year of professional (non-academic) experience. Also required, documented record of effective teaching at the university level as evidenced through a statement of teaching philosophy, teaching evaluations, and letters of recommendation.
