The Department of Economics seeks applicants for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to begin fall 2019. The successful applicant will be an applied micro economist with research interests in either resource or environmental economics. The candidate must have a Ph.D. (or indication of imminent completion) and demonstrate excellence or clear promise of excellence in teaching and in research. The ability to work across disciplines and secure external funding is highly desirable. Responsibilities also include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in microeconomic theory and natural resource or environmental economics and undergraduate and graduate student research supervision.
