Director of Learning and Evaluation, Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation - If you would like to address the city’s biggest public health and education challenges using data and research, the Director of Learning and Evaluation position affords you this opportunity.
The Foundation is focused on three issue-areas: education, tobacco and opioid addiction, and the life-sciences. To advance its work, the Foundation implements a three-pronged approach: strategic grantmaking, evidence-based advocacy, and cross-sector collaborations and convenings.

This individual will identify research opportunities and conduct independent research or coordinate the research work of third-party experts. This professional will partner with program staff to screen grant proposals by identifying positive links to the Foundation’s priorities and collect data useful for measuring impact and guiding funding strategies to ensure the Foundation’s work is designed to positively impact the community.
