The Dartmouth College Department of Economics seeks to fill one tenured position as part of a newly formed Poverty Alleviation group that will work closely with the Geisel School of Medicine and the Dickey Center for International Understanding in classroom teaching, research, and policy engagement. Candidates from all fields of economics will be considered. Priority will be given to candidates conducting empirical research relevant to policy aimed at mitigating poverty in low-income economies. The appointment will be at the tenured Associate or Full Professor level in the Department of Economics. Candidates should have a Ph.D in Economics or a related field and should have demonstrated scholarly achievements.
