The Department of Economics seeks to recruit a Lecturer of Economics (non tenure-track) beginning July 1, 2020. Preference will be given to candidates with superior record of teaching in macroeconomics or finance. Candidates should demonstrate excellence in teaching and advising and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. The initial term is three years, with the possibility of reappointment.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in hand or firmly expected by August 2020.
Applicants should submit a curriculum vitae, teaching evaluations, previous syllabi, and teaching statement that includes previous courses and enrollments and a list of courses they are able and willing to teach. Applicants should provide two letters of reference that focus on teaching skills or two names of individuals who can provide such references.
