Quantitative Analysis
Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track, renewable position of Lecturer in Discipline in the field of quantitative analysis, to begin July 1, 2020.
Candidates must have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in teaching and in appropriate field of research. Research interests should be policy-relevant. Ph.D. degree required.
Applicants should be qualified to teach courses in quantitative analysis at the introductory, intermediate and advanced levels to students in demanding two-year Master's degree programs in international and public affairs. Ability to teach STATA is required, and familiarity with R preferred. The teaching assignment is five sections per year (each section meets one per week).
