The Buehler Center for Health Policy and Economics at the Institute for Public Health and Medicine at the Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine is seeking a full-time health economist at any rank. Responsibilities include maintaining an active research program as an independent investigator and collaborations with other interdisciplinary biomedical, public health, or social science research teams. Department tenure home and teaching are ​negotiable. Qualified candidates will have their PhD or related training. The successful candidate should have demonstrated success in original research and will be expected to maintain a robust extramurally funded research program. Grant funding experience is required (as a PI or otherwise, i.e. any funded projects experience. Please detail it in a separate brief statement). This is an outstanding opportunity in an expanding and highly collaborative multidisciplinary research environment. Salary is commensurate with experience. The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
