The University of Stavanger Business School seeks one or two assistant or associate professors of finance specialising in corporate finance or asset pricing. Recent publications and potential for future research at a high academic level within the subject area will be given priority. Candidates must have a PhD in finance at the time of employment.

The main duties include teaching and supervising bachelor, master and PhD students, and conducting and disseminating research within the field of finance.

We offer a low teaching load, funding for research and international conference travel, generous benefits and a competitive salary. As a member of our faculty, you would be eligible for the NFI publication bonus program in financial economics, providing up to NOK400.000 per author for publications in first-tier journals
