The Weill Cornell Medicine Department of Population Health Sciences invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor level with a research focus on economic evaluation of substance use disorder treatments and harm reduction. Applicants should have familiarity with and a stated interest in economic evaluation of medical and healthcare delivery interventions. Experience conducting comparative economic evaluations (e.g., cost-effectiveness analyses) of substance use disorder interventions alongside clinical trials and cohort studies is highly valued. Additional areas of research interest may include, but are not limited to the economics of opioid use disorder, behavioral health, and infectious disease prevention and treatment, especially among people who use substances, and the quality of life of people who use substances.
