Assistant/Associate Professor – Economics
The Department of Economics and Finance has an opening for a tenure track assistant or associate professor in Economics beginning in August 2021. This position is expected to teach mostly undergraduate classes and may have the opportunity to teach graduate classes as part of the business school’s growing online MBA program or the school’s face-to-face International MBA program. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong track record of research or research potential to complement their teaching interests.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Completed doctorate or ABD in the field of Economics (with anticipated completion of degree within first academic year). Candidates must be capable of excellent/dynamic teaching and developing a strong research agenda.
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Strong preference will be given to applicants interested in applied macroeconomics and a willingness to teach applied econometrics.
