This post-doctoral position involves engagement in health economics and health systems research at the University of South Carolina, Arnold School of Public Health’s Greenville campus. The qualified candidate will be expected to participate in projects related to social determinants of health-related interventions in health systems, understanding health care costs and behavioral economics in health care systems.

Review and write scientific publications and grant proposals including federal funding applications
Manage data and conduct data analysis
Communicate with team colleagues to advise updates of data results, dissemination activities and grant proposals, and work on dissemination such as presentations.

Qualifications: PhD in economics, health policy, health economics, public policy or public health, with quantitative orientation by the time of appointment. Research experience in health economics, health systems research or health policy.
